FAO Schwarz House/GCDS
Conversion of the F.A.O. Schwarz House, in Greenwich, CT, which is a part of the Greenwich Country Day School grounds property, from a Single Family Residence into a 6 Unit Apartment Facility to be used by school faculty.
The project involved Space Planning, Structural Enhancement of a Veranda to create an accessible Roof Deck and extensive preservation and re-use of historic wood paneling throughout.
